Terms of Service

By accessing or using Job Hunt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Job Hunt provides a job application management platform that includes:

• A visual pipeline for tracking job applications
• Resume and cover letter building tools with instant PDF generation
• Company and contact CRM for relationship tracking
• Interview preparation and task management
• Analytics and insights about your job search

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or remove content at our sole discretion.

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day Trial with full access to the individual product. The Trial begins on the first authenticated session after email verification. No credit card is required, and the Trial does not convert automatically into a paid plan.

Plans

After the Trial, continued editing and new work require one of these paid options:

• Monthly: $4 USD/month, cancel anytime
• Search Pass: $39 USD one-time payment for one selected search with 12 calendar months of paid access and one recovery rebind if that bound search is permanently deleted

Monthly automatically renews unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. If a renewal payment fails, full access continues for a three-day grace period before the account moves to Archive. The Search Pass does not recur and is not a lifetime license.

When paid access ends, your account moves to Archive. You may view your search and export account data and PDFs, while editing and new work pause until paid access resumes. Paid services are sold under the seller display name Jon Hunt App.

Refunds

The first charge is eligible for a full refund within 30 days. A full refund ends the related paid access and returns the account to Archive. Partial refunds do not change access unless we tell you otherwise.

New self-serve purchases are currently offered only to customers in the United States and are charged in USD. Any required tax is disclosed before you confirm a purchase.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial access
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Job Hunt and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (resumes, cover letters, notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information you choose to store in the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties that defects will be corrected
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Hunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Job Hunt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
